Backward Creep – 2020 (Short)

Posted on May 29, 2020 by cinemafuel
Poster by Sadist Art Designs. http://SadistArtDesigns.com

A group of cosplayers on their way to a convention think they’ve run over a pedestrian in the road but there’s something more nefarious going on.

Backward Creep “paints a psychedelic atmosphere against a suspenseful and supernatural background.” “A promising villain and the product of two distinct methods of story-telling, Backward Creep is already one of my favorite short films of 2020. It’s a popcorn movie that’s polished and showy, and it’s got the mood and special effects to back it up. Final Score: 9 out of 10.” – HORROR SOCIETY

“Cinematographer Ismail Abdelkhalek…turns in some wonderful work that perfectly captures the claustrophobic atmosphere of the proceedings.” “All four cast members turn in solid performances.” “With his short Backward Creep, Moore lays the groundwork for a feature film — and who knows, perhaps a franchise —  as he introduces an eerie villain with a chilling agenda.” – GRUESOME MAGAZINE
